DEFENDER CLASSES
These classes are designed for individuals who wish to improve there skills in a defensive manner. We offer them for Pistols, Rifles and Shotguns. Sessions include Firearm Familiarization & Accuracy, Defender, Low Light and Accuracy Under Stress.
Firearm Familiarization & Accuracy
This session teaches you an overview of the firearm including barrel, grip, sights, lights, lasers, parts and gear. The accuracy portion will include the draw for pistol, Presentation from the low and high ready for long guns. Target acquisition, bullseye (one eye) and action (two) static shooting.
Defender Sessions
Build on the skills learned in the accuracy session. Decreased draw/presentation times, multiple rounds fired, multiple targets engaged. Introduction to dynamic shooting (shooting while moving). Understanding the fighting mindset.
